I had some thoughts about why we carry around pain. I think that bad energy is evil, I also think evil makes you sin. When we are vulnerable evil takes advantage of us in that state. For instance; you get fired from your job and it's the worst thing that can happen. If you don't pray and remind yourself of how blessed you are and have faith another job will come around you will carry it on your back. 1 peter 5: 8 .. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings. When bad things happen it's important to release the bad energy that has entered your soul by giving thanks, and letting go. If you don't it stays with you, and could come out when you least expect it. The more we hold on to things that have made us angry in the past, or hold on to things that have hurt us the harder it is to let new problems go. Have you ever over reacted over something little, or took your anger out on someone else?? Of course you have, it's because of the anger and pain we carry around from something that happened THAT YOU PROBABLY DON'T EVEN REMEMBER.
It's difficult to just let go of problems in our lives because it's something that you learn. That's why it's so hard to love, let go of our hurt, that's why we hurt each other. Just know that God is love and he will comfort you, just let him in.
